This notice explains how BioHealth Kitchen™, part of BioHealthcare Group, collects and cares for your information. It is written to be read, not decoded.
Your name and contact details, delivery information, and your preferences and orders. With your explicit consent, we also handle the health information that makes your service personal. This includes your medical needs, blood biomarkers, gut microbiome results, DNA insights, body composition and health goals.
To create your BioNutrition Code™, design and prepare your meals, calculate your BioMatch™ scores, deliver to you, support you, and improve our recipes and service. We use your health information only for your service and only with your consent.
Health data receives the highest level of protection under data protection law, and the same inside BioHealth Kitchen™. It is encrypted, access is limited to the professionals designing your nutrition, and it is never sold and never used for advertising.
Only those who help deliver your service. These include accredited laboratories for your testing, our Biomedical Dietitians™, Biomedical Doctors™ and Biomedical Chefs™, delivery partners who receive only what a delivery needs, and technology providers under strict agreements. Where you ask us to, we can share relevant information with your own healthcare team.
For as long as you use the service and as required by law afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will keep only what the law requires us to retain.
You can access, correct, download or delete your information, withdraw consent, and object to or restrict how it is used. Depending on where you live, these rights come from laws including the UK and EU GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and we honour them wherever you are.
